Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Lead based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and establishing relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves creating strategies to increase revenue, implementing sales initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and evaluating business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to establish and build relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business prospects
- Customer Service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is an advantage
