Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₦120,000/month

Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must live close to Ikeja and have experience working with inventory or logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, record, and update inventory levels accurately.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and pick-ups.
  • Prepare delivery documents (waybills, dispatch sheets, records).
  • Maintain vendor records, office supplies, and logistics documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in inventory, logistics, or administration.
  • Basic Excel knowledge or basic inventory tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive
  • Must reside in or near Ikeja, Lagos.
