JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for technology solutions.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
    .

2.     Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

o  Lead negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients.

o  Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

3.     Solution Alignment

o  Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

o  Translate client requirements into actionable solution proposals.

o  Ensure solutions align with company's mission to drive digital transformation and efficiency.

4.     Revenue Growth

o  Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

o  Develop pipeline forecasts and report on business development activities.

o  Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

5.     Internal Collaboration

o  Work closely with marketing to design campaigns that support lead generation.

o  Partner with product teams to provide market feedback for solution innovation.

o  Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • At lease 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the technology solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise technology solutions (ERP, CRM, cloud services, cybersecurity, digital transformation tools).
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.
