We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth across Nigeria's hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues, combined with proven experience in sales and marketing. You'll play a key role in introducing innovative technology solutions that help businesses enhance operations, strengthen customer engagement, and boost profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, cafés, lounges, cloud kitchens etc.).
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and clearly communicate their value to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, guiding them seamlessly from first contact to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and key developments within the local market.
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Deliver timely sales updates, forecasts, and client insights to the management team to help shape product enhancements and future development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the hospitality or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, data analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or marketing technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
