Position Overview

The Social Media Executive will develop and execute digital communication strategies to enhance the organization's online presence. You will collaborate with Corporate Communications to create impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Craft comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, videos, and copy for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Platform Management: Manage all active platforms, ensuring optimization and timely responses to the community.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns for major church events, driving attendance and engagement.
  • Analytics: Use tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a faith-based or values-driven organization.
  • Education: First Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting, video editing (Reels/Shorts), and proficiency in scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
  • Attributes: A Spirit-filled Christian passionate about delivering excellence.
