Job Title:* Sales Executive

Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to promote and sell our Repair and Maintenance Services for Transformers and Motors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales of Repair Services:

  2. Sell repair services for transformers and motors to existing and new customers.

  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  4. Client Interaction and Order Management:

  5. Interact with clients, book orders, and ensure timely execution.

  6. Collect payments and manage customer relationships.

  7. After-Sales Service:

  8. Provide excellent after-sales service to assigned customers.

  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  10. Business Development:

  11. Develop new customers and expand existing relationships.

  12. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them.

  13. Customer Engagement:

  14. Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs.

  15. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and build trust.

Requirements:

  1. Education:

  2. Electrical Engineer or Diploma from a reputed college in Nigeria.

  3. Experience:

  4. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an allied business.

  5. Experience in selling power equipment like transformers and motors is an added advantage.

  6. Skills:

  7. Pleasant personality and good communication skills in English.

  8. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.

  9. Reporting:

  10. The Sales Executive will report to the Head of Marketing and Divisional.
