Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to drive business expansion through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and account growth. You will combine sales acumen, operational insight, and marketing intelligence to build long-term partnerships and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, confident in client-facing roles, and deeply understands how technology, automation, and talent can drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries (fintech, healthcare, retail, professional services, etc.).


• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Strivo Labs' core offerings — Automation, AI Agents, Product Development, Talent Placement, and Digital Transformation.


• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, proposals, and strategic partnerships.


• Negotiate and close deals that align with revenue and margin goals.

2. Account Management & Growth


• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.


• Conduct quarterly business reviews, track account performance, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.


• Coordinate project delivery between internal teams (tech, marketing, and talent) to ensure timely and high-quality execution.


• Translate client feedback into actionable product and service improvements.

3. Growth Strategy & Performance


• Work closely with leadership to define revenue targets, conversion funnels, and client success metrics.


• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and case study development to position Strivo Labs as a trusted digital partner.


• Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and forecasts on CRM (Airtable, ClickUp, or HubSpot).


• Report monthly on growth performance, client satisfaction, and market insights.

Key Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or growth-focused roles (preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting).


• Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships.


• Strong understanding of digital transformation, product development, or marketing automation.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills


• Experience using CRM and workflow tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.).


• Understanding of SaaS models, agency pricing, and subscription-based business structures.


• Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
