You will help bring order to ambition ensuring that the right projects move forward with the right level of clarity and care.

What the Role Looks Like

You will work across projects, proposals, partnerships, and priorities coordinating with internal leads, external partners, and the executive's office. You'll need to:

● Help clarify strategic thinking into structured outputs — decks, briefs, plans

● Support the Chief of Staff in follow-through on cross-functional tasks and decisions

● Prepare memos, talking points, or background briefs for meetings and working sessions

● Coordinate timelines and help keep projects and people on track

● Organize thinking when things feel messy — documents, frameworks, ideas

● Assist with discreet research or pre-meeting prep on people, projects, or partners

● Handle communications and documentation with clarity and discretion
