Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' financial needs. The role includes day-to-day activities such as market research, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Customer relationship management experience
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Sales target achievement and results-orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
