Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lagos. The Sales Executive will engage with potential and existing customers to identify their equipment and service needs, provide tailored solutions, and build strong professional relationships. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining customer portfolios, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge about the company's equipment and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to promote customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs effectively
  • Familiarity with the mining, agriculture, construction, or related sectors is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in , Engineering, or a relevant field
