Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Manager based in Lagos. The Executive Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team. Daily tasks include leading sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership and negotiation skills, alongside a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and market analysis
  • Skills in team leadership, strategic planning, and sales strategy development
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet financial targets
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools
