Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Officer, based in Festac Town, Lagos. The Facility Officer will oversee daily facility operations, ensure the smooth functioning of the workspace, and uphold high-quality standards for the premises. Core responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance, and addressing the needs and concerns of members. The Facility Officer will handle communication with service providers, assist in creating a welcoming environment, and monitor the functionality of all facilities to maintain an engaging and productive co-working space.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices
  • Effective Communication skills and the ability to manage interactions smoothly
  • Experience in Customer Service to address and resolve members' needs and concerns
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues
  • Experience in co-working spaces or hospitality facilities is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Facility Management or a related field is preferred
