247 Betis seeking a highly technical Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and architect systems that handle millions in daily transactions.The OpportunityWe need a hands-on engineering leader who can still debug production issues at 2 AM, review pull requests, and architect distributed systems on a whiteboard. You'll build and lead a world-class engineering team while maintaining deep technical involvement in our most critical systems. This isn't a PowerPoint role - it's for someone who leads from the front.Who You AreYou're an engineering leader who refuses to lose touch with code. You've scaled systems from thousands to millions of users, led teams through hypergrowth, and can still write better code than most of your team. You understand that in betting, downtime isn't measured in minutes - it's measured in millions lost.
