We are growing our footprint and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will spearhead initiatives to expand The DEW Centre's market presence, build partnerships, launch promotions and deliver sustainable business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and experience in wellness, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, new segments, competitor developments and potential partnerships.
• Define and execute business development strategy, set objectives, develop action plans, monitor progress and adapt to results.
• Build, nurture and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, wellness networks and other potential partners.
• Generate leads, negotiate proposals and close deals to increase revenue for The DEW Centre's services and offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and service teams to develop promotional offers, service-packages, loyalty programs or partnerships.
• Prepare business cases, proposals and presentations for senior management and potential partners.
• Track metrics and KPIs (e.g., new clients onboarded, partnership value, revenue growth) and report performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Attend relevant events, fairs, networking functions to represent The DEW Centre and build brand presence.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 4-6 years' experience in business development, sales or strategic growth roles, preferably in wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate into actionable strategy.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and comfortable with report-writing and dashboards.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, team player and able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for meetings and events.
