Role Description

This role is primarily focused on onboarding a client in Warri, Delta State, onto our Hotel Management Software. The selected candidate will undergo virtual training and an assessment. Successful candidates will then be engaged to onboard and train five staff members at the client's location on how to effectively use the software. They will also provide on-site technical support for a period of one month.

During this assignment, the candidate will receive virtual support from our internal team while handling all on-site training. Key areas include Inventory Control, Accounting, Customer Relationship Management, Hotel Booking Modules, and Reporting. Prior experience in similar roles is an added advantage, and strong communication skills are essential. The contract duration is one month, with potential opportunities for future engagement.

This is an on-site technical support contract role based in Warri. The Technical Support Staff will be responsible for providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, improving customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution, and supporting users' technical needs. The role requires collaboration with both the client and our internal team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of all inquiries and challenges.

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure user-friendly service and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in technical or customer support is an advantage.
