Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results -driven Digital MarketingSpecialist with expertise in affiliate marketing to join our team. As a DigitalMarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing ourdigital marketing strategies, driving traffic, and increasing conversionsacross all platforms. You will work closely with cross -functional teams toimplement campaigns that maximize ROI and ensure long -term growth for thebrand.Key Responsibilities: 1. Affiliate Programme Strategy Develop, execute, and optimizedigital marketing strategies to drive acquisition and revenue growth. Implement promotional campaignsacross several platforms, targeting the right audience to maximize performance.2. Campaign Management &Optimization Monitor, analyse, and adjustmarketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance across all platforms. Use A/B testing, dataanalytics, and marketing automation tools to improve conversion rates andpromotions` performance. Collaborate with the contentteam to create engaging materials and resources for brand promotion.3. Performance Reporting & Analytics Provide regular reports oncampaign performance and suggest strategies for optimization. Analyse data trends andcompetitors' affiliate programmes to stay ahead of industry trends. RequirementsRequirements: Ø  At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus onaffiliate marketing.Ø  Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing affiliatemarketing programs and campaigns.Ø  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights andmake data -informed decisions.Ø  Exceptional communication skills and experience in managingaffiliate partnerships.Ø  Proficiency in digital marketing tools.Ø  Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.Ø  Experience in performance -based marketing and the use of trackingtools.
