**Job Title: HR Generalist

Position: Full‑time / Onsite

About Us**

Our company is a fast growing fashion brand. We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our growing workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.
