JOB DESCRIPTION


• Market data and Industry and industry trends.


• Prospecting new client relationship and referral sources.


• Attending networking and industry events.


• Presenting marketing proposals to clients/prospects.


• Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers/ prospects and negotiating offers.

QUALIFICATION


• Degree: BSC, HND, OND or DIPLOMA in marketing, real estate management, business management or related field.


• Strong interpersonal skill


• Excellent verbal and written communication skill


• Strong persuasion and influencing skill


• Computer proficiency in excel, ms word, powerpoint etc


• Self Discipline and ability to handle pressue


• 1 year and above experience
