Requirements:

  • Based in Lagos and can commute easily to Lekki Phase 1

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer support requests via email, live chat, social media and telephone
  • Upselling platform features and subscriptions
  • On-boarding and setting up new merchants in one on one video support sessions
  • Maintaining help documentation and tutorials
  • Tracking feature requests and support trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,000.00 per month
