Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Sales professional located in Lagos. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching technical solutions, and closing sales deals. Other key responsibilities include providing technical support, delivering product demonstrations, developing strong client relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support to clients to resolve queries and deliver solutions
- Understanding of relevant technologies and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is advantageous
