Administrative & Operations Executive

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and logistical support to ensure smooth office operations, including L&D coordination, IT support liaison, travel management, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development: Curate and develop training materials on the LXP, organise sessions, track attendance, conduct trade visits, and prepare training reports.
  • IT & Software Support: Assist with software setup, troubleshooting, and liaise with IT for email and system access.
  • Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Follow up with authorities, manage expatriate quota applications, and ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
  • Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate with vendors, track requests, deliveries, and performance.
  • Travel & Guest Coordination: Manage domestic/international bookings, itineraries, and meet-and-greet arrangements.
  • Office Administration & Procurement: Procure office supplies, manage repairs, facility issues, and maintain asset inventory.
  • Identification & Compliance: Handle employee line registration, ID cards, and related documentation.
  • General Administration: Maintain databases, reports, petty cash, and support events, meetings, and internal engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, HR, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in office administration, operations support, or executive assistance.
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Travel coordination
  • IT support is an added advantage
  • Residency in IKEJA or surrounding areas required
