Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: VI

Salary: 500k-600k net

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of a high-rise residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates smoothly, tenant satisfaction remains high, and all regulatory requirements are consistently met

  1. Operations & Maintenance: Supervises daily building systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, electrical) and conducts regular inspections.

  2. Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and resolve complaints promptly.

  3. Health & Safety: Maintain building safety standards, conduct fire drills, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  4. Budgeting: Prepare and manage the facility's budget, track expenses, and oversee vendor contracts.

  5. Vendor Management: Negotiate and supervise service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance.

  6. Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness for unexpected events.

  7. Sustainability: Implement energy-saving measures and eco-friendly practices.

  8. Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff and ensure efficient task delegation.

Qualifications

●Experience: 3+ years in facility management, preferably in high-rise properties

●Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
