Trade Marketing Executive – Givanas Cosmetics

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Givanas Cosmetics is seeking an experienced and passionate Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand visibility and retail performance across Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-commerce channels.The ideal candidate will execute trade marketing initiatives, manage retail activations, and ensure our products stand out on shelves through creative visibility and data-driven trade campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement trade marketing plans and visibility programs across TT, MT, and e-commerce channels.

  2. Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and POS material deployment to drive consumer engagement.

  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance at retail level.

  4. Collaborate with sales, brand, and distribution teams to deliver seamless trade execution.

  5. Support sales with channel insights, promotional effectiveness tracking, and ROI reporting.

  6. Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in in-store visibility and activation delivery.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. 4–6 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or Field Sales, preferably in Cosmetics.

  3. Strong understanding of retail operations, shopper marketing, and channel dynamics.

  4. Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical reporting skills.

  5. Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to travel within Nigeria.
