Our portfolio startup called Xtron is a next-generation, cross-functional crypto exchange platform built for speed, security, and seamless user experience. Our backend runs on a robust PHP stack, while our mobile applications are built with React Native and TypeScript, offering users a unified and powerful digital asset trading experience.

The platform is scaling fast and we're looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Developer who can work across our backend and mobile app, contributing to architecture, features, performance, blockchain integrations, and long-term stability.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Xtron, you will:

  • Develop, improve, and maintain our PHP backend, APIs, and microservices.
  • Work on our cross-platform React Native (TypeScript) mobile application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, QA, blockchain, security).
  • Implement new trading logic, wallet, and blockchain-related features.
  • Ensure high-performance systems and smooth mobile user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain code quality.
  • Participate in architectural decisions, product roadmaps, and innovative solutions.

Crypto & Blockchain (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with custodial & non-custodial wallet flows
  • Understanding of blockchain APIs (Tatum, Alchemy, Chainstack, Solana/Web3 libs)
  • Crypto deposit/withdrawal flows
  • Web3 signing & wallet security best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years professional experience in PHP backend development.
  • 3+ years experience with React Native + TypeScript.
  • Proficient in Unit and Integration testing within PHP framework
  • Strong expertise with RESTful services and scalable API design.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment, blockchain, identity).
  • Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle and cross-platform patterns.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development processes.
  • Ability to debug, test, and write clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a startup-friendly mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in crypto exchanges, wallets, or blockchain development.
  • Knowledge of security, encryption, KYC/AML integration, or transaction flows.
  • Experience deploying apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiar with real-time data, sockets, or market feed integrations.
