Role Summary:

Our client in the real estate industry is hiring a friendly and organized Customer Service/Admin Officer to manage client interactions and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Maintain office records and documentation

Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

1–2 years' experience in customer service or administration

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
