Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves supporting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include responding to customer communications, maintaining customer records, assisting in troubleshooting issues, and following up to guarantee a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in enhancing customer experience and delivering excellent service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software is advantageous
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
