Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Secretary / Customer Service Officer to provide front-desk and administrative support, manage client relations, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be fast, accurate, and able to type valuation reports efficiently (60+ WPM).

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial & Documentation

Type valuation reports, appraisal letters, lease agreements, and inspection reports accurately and quickly.

Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and presentations.

Maintain well-organized filing systems (physical & digital).

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, dispatch, and courier services.

Customer Service

Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and vendors.

Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

Address client issues with professionalism and tact.

General Duties

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Support HR, Finance, and Operations with data entry and documentation.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

ND/B.Sc in Office Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.

2–3 years' experience in real estate, property, or facility management.

Typing speed of 60+ WPM (valuation reports).

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask effectively.
