Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company’s customer relationship management CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Qualification / Requirements
- HND, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers calmly and professionally.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
