JOB SUMMARY

Educational RequirementA Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a respected University with a minimum of 2:1. Individuals from diverse disciplines are encouraged to apply, provided they possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.Technical & Essential Skills:Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries, particularly international travel/hotel bookingsExperience of working for Directors/Senior ManagementExcellent Diary Management with the ability to pre-empt and look ahead at all timesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Excellent Communication skill both oral and writtenCandidate must have a valid international passport and travel historyInterpersonal Skills:Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.Ability to multitask and experience of dealing with a demanding role and high-level workloadAbility to prioritize work and manage time effectively and be proactiveExcellent Organizational skillsCommunication skills - the ability to communicate well at all levelsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Ability to work under pressureExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize the MD/CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.Maintaining MD/CEO’s planner & Diary (outlook experience essential)Maintaining MD/CEO’s travel logTravel in and out of the country to represent the MDCoordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.Manage communication channels and filter incoming requests for the MD/CEO's attention.Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure effective time management.Taking Minutes at various Management MeetingsAd hoc paperwork & dutiesOrganizing Corporate & staff eventsThe responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive, as such duties may evolve to meet the needs of the company and MD/CEO
