Business Developer

Job Summary:
Our client seeks the services of a Business Developer In FINTECH to join her subsidiary. The successful candidate will be required to develop a business plan, analyze data, and provide expert guidance to support the organization’s activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on organizations and individuals to discover new leads and potential markets.
- Investigating the needs of other companies and identifying key decision-makers.
- Actively seeking out target organizations and initiating communication with businesses that could benefit from our Company’s services.
- Establishing and nurturing a network for referrals and lead generation.
- Initiating contact with potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of new marketing strategies.
- Developing and executing strategies for introducing new products and services.
- Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Creating presentations and sales displays for potential clients.
- Cultivating relationships with existing customers and updating them on new developments with the company’s products/services.
- Driving sales targets set by the team and ensuring their achievement.
- Contributing to the development of the annual Business Development Plan and preparing individual work plans.
- Expanding multi-tier relationships to naturally grow client accounts.
- Implementing business models to establish new ventures.
- Completing specific tasks as directed by the Head of Sales/Marketing and Business Development.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in the area of Sales and Marketing
- Demonstrated understanding of the company’s market: products, players
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events Socially adept.
