Job Brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services to then and maintaining good customer relationships. Your goal will be to drive drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company deals over the phone

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
  • Answer questions about service or the company
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • ⁠Enter and update customer information in the database
  • ⁠Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirement

  • Minimum of a BSc in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales in servicebased industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Salesdriven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft office tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • ⁠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ⁠Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
