Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Vines Realty Afrique Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and relationship building.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
8. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
