  • Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risks resulting from poor controls whilst overseeing account operations.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls SOP.
  • Carryout monthly review on business performance and report same to the management – management account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably within the Facilities Management/ Real Estate industry or related industries.
  • Must possess good communication skills both written and oral with the ability to use MS Office packages
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP.
  • Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements
  • Experience in cash flow management and reporting.
