JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field 3+ years relevant work experience. Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience in the field of HR or related fields is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing communication, coordinating diaries, management of the entire office. Additionally, the Executive Personal Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership.Duties Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Organise and supervise other office activities (facility and maintenance activities, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments Protocol functions; Immigration (immigration returns, CERPAC card, etc) and flight booking either with agencies or online booking) Maintain executive team diaries daily taking a proactive and responsive approach to make decisions and judgements so that executive team members can fulfil all commitments and focus on strategic priorities. Manage executive-level domestic and global travel arrangements and processing related expenses to ensure these are in line with company policies and are completed in a timely manner.
