Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and other communications.Handle client reception as needed.Manage filing system.Take minutes of meetings .Draft letters and other documents/communication as needed.Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.Accompany the CEO to meetings as needed.Organize travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required.Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.Perform other administrative support tasks, including proofreading files, conducting research, and running errands for the company.Assist with tasks and errands as required Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: 
BSC/HND in Public relations or any related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience as a Personal AssistantCommunication; expresses ideas clearly and concisely (written and orally)Excellent interpersonal skillsProficient in MS office and google suiteExperience working in Public relations


Qualified candidates for this Personal Assistant (PA) role must reside on the Island, specifically in Lekki Phase 1. This requirement is essential to ensure proximity to the employer's residence or workplace, facilitating prompt attendance to duties and responsiveness to last-minute tasks or emergencies. Candidates residing outside Lekki Phase 1 may not be considered for the position due to logistical constraints.
