Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field;
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the consumer electronics industry or related sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications campaigns and initiatives.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian market landscape, consumer behavior, and media landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives and local market dynamics.

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, social media, and events.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative services, to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Manage advertising campaigns, including media planning, creative development, and performance tracking, to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure press coverage and PR opportunities that elevate brand visibility and credibility.

Oversee the development of digital marketing assets and content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage and educate consumers.

Monitor and analyze marketing communications performance metrics, including brand awareness, website traffic, social media engagement, and PR impressions, and leverage insights to optimize strategies and tactics.

Manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing communications to continually innovate and enhance our approach.
