Business Development Coordinator

Business Development Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise the Business Development team across HQ and Business centers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and manage client accounts effectively.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional business.
Business Proposal Development:
- Develop and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Craft persuasive business proposals to secure new opportunities, including pricing strategies and value propositions.
Sales Strategy and Market Analysis:
- Formulate sales strategies to meet or surpass targets and boost revenue growth, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competition to refine product offerings and devise targeted marketing plans.
- Conduct thorough market research to discern emerging trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
Business Development Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with management to create and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams like Training, Project, Consulting, Facility, and Operations to implement business development strategies seamlessly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks, enhance brand visibility, and uncover business prospects.
- Identify and approach potential customers through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, meeting sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
