JOB SUMMARY

  • B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • Strong educational background, particularly in the fields of computer science or engineering, is crucial for technical project managers
  • Demonstrated work experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical expertise, with a grasp or practical experience in software development and web technologies
  • Outstanding internal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and adept at multitasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, prior experience as a sales coordinator or in similar administrative roles is advantageous
  • Fluency in English
  • Well-organized and dependable with a knack for problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a high level of commitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Brief - We seek a seasoned and systematic Sales Coordinator to offer essential support to the field sales team. The chosen candidate will serve as the focal point for both colleagues and customers, ensuring smooth scheduling and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The objective is to streamline the team's operations to enhance their efficiency and contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.Duties

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, organizing vital documents, and sharing pertinent information
  • Ensure the availability of sales-related equipment and materials
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales assistance as required
  • Maintain and categorize financial and non-financial data electronically and generate reports
  • Process all orders accurately and promptly
  • Notify clients of any unforeseen delays or issues
  • Track the team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements
