You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our B2B/Affiliates Program within
the online travel agency sector. Reporting directly to our Head, B2B Sales, the incumbent will be
responsible for identifying and securing new business partnerships, maintaining relationships with
existing affiliates, and maximising revenue opportunities through effective sales strategies.

LOCATION Lagos, Nigeria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities are include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new business partners for the
B2B/Affiliates Program, focusing on online travel agencies and related businesses.

  • Keep the company informed of market trends, competitor activities, and potential
business development opportunities within the online travel industry.

  • Initiate and follow up on leads to present our B2B/Affiliates Program offerings, including
new products or services, to potential partners.

  • Conduct cold calls, arrange appointments, and deliver presentations or demonstrations
to prospective affiliates, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering
with our agency.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, industry trends, and competitor
offerings to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

  • Participate in online and in-person meetings, training sessions, trade shows, industry
events, and sales forums to network and promote our B2B/Affiliates Program.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Number of new business partnerships secured within the assigned territory.
  • Revenue generated from affiliate sales and partnerships.
  • Growth in the number of active affiliates and the volume of transactions.
  • Percentage of key objectives and key results (OKRs) achieved.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback from affiliates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B or affiliate program management
within the online travel industry.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Experience in airline sales, travel agency operations, or FMCG sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and
analyse performance metrics.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the travel industry is advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Computer skills with standard programs like G-Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs), Microsoft
