Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time



Duties

  • Act as the main contact between management and vendors
  • Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute messages
  • Manage emails thoroughly, including checking incoming and outgoing messages, and follow up when necessary
  • Respond accurately to requests for information internally and externally
  • Take notes, prepare reports, and documents for meetings and appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders
  • Handle document tasks like copying, scanning, faxing, and taking notes
  • Prepare facilities for planned events and arrange refreshments if needed
  • Ensure the office filing system is organized and up to date
  • Supervise miscellaneous administrative and project needs as they arise
  • Maintain the office premises in excellent condition at all times

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Reside near the preferred location
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality as needed
  • Proficient in typing and report writing
  • Proactive in problem-solving and adaptable to change
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Quick learner with keen attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and appointment scheduling software like MS Outlook
  • Male candidates are encouraged to ensure gender balance

Net Salary: N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly
