Sales Territory: Covers Oyo & Osun based in Ibadan
Salary: NGN 200,000 to 250,000 net pay & Commission/Incentives
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job Description

  • Selling RxAll Credit and Software Products to Phama Companies/FMCGs, Wholesalers, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Chemists, MOHs, FDAs in the West Oyo & Osun sales territory.
  • Planning, executing, measuring, tracking and achieving up to 50M Naira in monthly sales valuethrough signing up pharma companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies and Chemists. Focus will
  • be on getting customer groups to increase their Wallet Size, number of transactions while increasingretention.
  • Developing, measuring, tracking, reporting the relevant sales metrics and recruiting and workingwiththe fulfilment, digital marketing and customer success teams to achieve sales growth.
  • Working with customer success officers to ensure that customers are receiving the best experiencefrom using the company products.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer groups at the most senior levels across the assigned sales territory.
  • Acquiring both cash and credit customers.
  • Preparing credit risk assessment, credit briefs and credit documentation for credit customers andgetting approval for credit disbursement at the credit committee.
  • Preventing credit default and for collecting default monies through checks and direct debit mandates. Will also work with legal team for debt recovery for debts over 56 days due.

Qualifications

  • First Degree BPharm/BSc./HND in Health Science, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3years working experience as a Medical sales rep. MUST be covering or haveexistingbusiness relationship in this Territory West - Oyo, & Osun.
  • Preferably a Pharmacist but not mandatory with strong multi-tasking capacity and experience in the Pharma industry especially selling to Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacies and Chemists intheassigned sales territory.
  • Candidates who are not pharmacists but who have experience selling pharma products especiallycredit products Financing solution as well as software products ERP in the pharma industry are also a strong fit.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the company products is a must with the capacity to developproposals and presentations at technical conferences with FDAs, Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacists and Doctors.
  • Strong relationships across all parts of the pharma supply chain is essential.
  • Must be accountable, able to pay attention to details, deliver as per instructions, hard workingwiththe ability to be proactive in planning, executing and reporting on sales goals, initiatives, activities and results using metrics.
