JOB SUMMARY

Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Description In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions, and evaluate the impact of learning programs.Duties Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and design targeted learning solutions. Design and deliver engaging and innovative learning programs, incorporating a variety of learning methodologies. Manage and develop a team of learning professionals. Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs through data analysis and feedback. Stay up-to-date with learning trends and best practices to continuously improve learning initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and cost-effective learning solutions.
