Job Description: Housekeeper/Hygiene Services and General Office Duties for a dynamic team in a fast-paced office environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Ensure all offices, entrances, and rooms are clean on a daily basis. Dust furniture, blinds, windows, and doors. Empty rubbish bins daily. Clean refrigerators, microwaves, and other equipment. Use color-coded mops and cloths for different areas to prevent cross infection. Clean carpets periodically. Wash office crockery and cutlery. Prepare and serve refreshments for visitors. Order office materials and equipment as needed.

  • Order groceries for the office.
  • Assist with photocopying documents when requested.
  • Monitor stock levels for all chemicals and materials used.
  • Empty the shredder as needed.

Qualifications required:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a cleaner.
  • A certificate is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set standards.

Essential skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic numeracy and calculation skills.
