Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant Officer will be responsible for managing office supplies, following up with branches, distributing office items, and recording official documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a similar role and reside close to Victoria Island. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, following up with branches, distributing office items, recording official documents, paying taxes, and training subordinates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder level.
  • Follow up branches to ascertain their office needs.
  • Distribute office items across branches.
  • Properly record and file all official documents.
  • Pay for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension.
  • Process vehicles and bikes registration and renewals.
  • Procure and activate CUG lines and phones.
  • Approve and allocate CUG lines and laptops.
  • Process payments and renewal for CUG lines.
  • Manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budget.
  • Train and develop subordinates.
  • Conduct monthly stock count of admin store.


Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in similar role.
  • Reside close to Victoria Island and close proximity.


Benefits
  • Net Pay: N70,000 - N90,000.
