- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities at the Mall.
- Repair and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of building, equipment, and systems to avoid disruption of services/operations.
- Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations by all customers/visitors.
- Energy Efficiency: Monitor energy usage and implement energy-efficient initiatives.
- Customer Service: Serve as first line interface with tenants, government agencies, and other parties at the Mall.
- Space Coordination: Assign space and coordinate tenants to ensure efficiency of operations.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory permits and licenses are obtained and shared amongst tenants.
