- Oversee existing client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Handle any client issues or concerns and provide prompt solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
- Collaborate with all company's teams departments to develop customized procurement solutions that align with client goals.
- Analyse previous and current services to determine how best to sell them to prospective clients.
- Implement sales and business development strategies to ensure revenue growth.
- Acquire new clients/business for the company and follow up prospects for the business.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company's services to be able to effectively communicate the company's value to prospects.
- Prepare Tenders/ Technical and Commercial.
- Submit quotes based on RFQS
Qualifications
- BSc / HND in engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in oil and gas sector
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating market trends, financial reports, and business performance metrics.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and negotiate deals.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skill.
