JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in resort management or similar leadership roles within the hospitality industry.Proven track record of successfully managing a luxury resort or hotel, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and drive profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and recreational facilities.Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining superior service standards and personalized guest experiences.Lead and motivate a diverse team of resort staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Develop and implement resort policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
