Job Description

  • Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new team members.
  • Scheduling shifts for staff.
  • Overseeing restaurant team performance, ensuring top-notch dining experience
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring restaurant compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Managing financial records and cash registers.
  • Monitoring adherence to safety and hygiene rules

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support & Leadership:
    • Supporting the Store General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Motivating team members by giving clear instructions, delegating tasks effectively, and providing constructive feedback.
    • Ensuring compliance with high-quality standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
    • Creating schedules to maintain proper staffing levels for busy and slow periods.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Promoting outstanding customer service by working with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
    • Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Financial & Inventory Management:
    • Assisting in managing restaurant finances and controlling expenses.
    • Supervising inventory levels and participating in ordering to keep stock at optimal levels.
    • Contributing to accurate financial reporting.
  • Training & Development:
    • Participating in training new team members.
    • Supporting the training and growth of current staff.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for a clean work environment.
    • Conducting regular safety audits and taking corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, with leadership background.
  • HND or B.Sc. degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
  • Passion for the food service industry and dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Availability for shift work, weekends, and holidays.
