1. Creative Content Production
a. Lead the planning, creation, and editing of high-quality multimedia assets including:
b. Short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
c. Visualizers, lyric videos, behind-the-scenes content, and EPKs
d. Promotional graphics, digital ads, banners, and thumbnails
e. Maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity across all company channels and client-facing materials.
f. Podcast/video interviews and branded documentaries (if applicable)
2. Campaign Support & Artist Content
a. Collaborate with marketing and A&R teams to produce artist-specific content for releases, campaigns, and DSP promotion.
b. Work with independent artists and labels to develop content packages that enhance their digital presence.
c. Coordinate video shoots, content calendars, and asset delivery deadlines for artists and internal stakeholders.
3. Multimedia Strategy & Brand Development
a. Contribute to brand strategy by developing original visual storytelling that reflects the company’s mission and culture.
b. Oversee the development of internal content like case studies, sizzle reels, company updates, and product demos.
c. Maintain an organized archive of multimedia content and enforce best practices for digital asset management.
4. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
a. Manage freelance editors, videographers, designers, and creative contractors as needed.
b. Develop creative briefs, timelines, and budgets for outsourced content production.
c. Ensure all assets meet technical specs and brand standards across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, DSPs, newsletters, etc.).
5. Innovation & Trends
a. Stay ahead of visual trends, platform formats, and emerging tools in music marketing and content creation.
b. Recommend and experiment with new content styles, animation tools, AI-driven creativity, and audience engagement formats.
