Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value and international clients.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Master and leverage digital marketing channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage client relations from initial contact to project completion, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee brand activation projects.
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients, demonstrating deep industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within a digital or brand solutions agency.
  • Extensive experience selling services such as website design and development, logo design, social media management, printing services, brand activation, and consulting services.
  • Strong track record of securing and managing high-value and international clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and networking.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Target-oriented and highly motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • A portfolio of existing clients, especially high-end clients, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
